To preserve the taste, I suggest neither defrosting nor heating in the plastic container. Ru hot water over it and transfer to a glass bowl instead.

After having praised the Efo Riro previously, the recent batch from the shop in Whalley Range was shocking…stew with absolute minimum strands of Efo than the other way around. And the price has gone up so higher price lower quality…shame really as I’m unlikely to buy in future for myself, my mum and aunt.
