Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery
We ship orders across the UK using DHL as our third party courier provider. We use their 24 hour tracked delivery service. Visit DHL for their full terms and conditions. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. Orders are only shipped Monday through Thursday and delivery may take up to 7 am – 7 pm to be delivered.
Orders are processed for shipping before 11am. Any orders placed after 10.30 am will be processed the following day, with the exception of orders placed on a Friday or during the weekend, in which case any orders placed after 11 am will be processed on the following Monday. Orders not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
