2. Orders and Delivery

We partner with DHL, a reliable third-party courier, for all deliveries. Most orders are delivered the next day. However, in some circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.

If this happens, please don’t worry. Your meals are carefully packaged and preserved with ice packs to keep them safe and fresh for 3–5 days during transit. You will also be promptly notified of any delay.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Packaging and Shipping

Our meals are packaged using thermal wrappers, bubble wraps and ice packs to ensure they remain secure and frozen for up to 3 days. Our packaging ensures the meals are safe for consumption for up to 5 days.

We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur after the package has been handed over to the courier.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order within an hour of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Refunds may be issued for orders that are not fulfilled.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

5. Nutritional Information

We work with a UKAS-accredited food lab to provide accurate nutritional information for all our meals. While we strive for precision, variations in portion sizes and ingredients may result in minor differences in nutritional values.

It is your responsibility to check for allergens and ensure the food is suitable for your dietary needs.

If our meals appear as not satisfactory to your taste, DO NOT EAT as we will not be held liable for consuming it.
