The best Ofada sauce in my opinion, even compared to a lot of Nigerian restaurants and takeaways in the UK. I buy from the African shop, but also online for my mum and aunt who love it! If I could change one thing, it would be to have a version that’s spicier alongside this milder but super tasty one.
To preserve the taste, I suggest neither defrosting nor heating in the plastic container. Run hot water over it and transfer to a glass bowl instead.

It had a very bitter taste. Too much green pepper rather than unripe Tatase.

Ofada sauce was okay. Would have been great if there was iru in this and it if had a little kick without having to order the spicy version
